The Gavin And Stacey Christmas special was shown on UK television on Christmas Eve as well as for me it turned out the best program I watched over the holiday period. I was expecting The Royle Family to get the pick from the bunch but surprisingly I actually enjoyed Gavin And Stacey more. So how สาวใหญ่ is that this series and could it turn into a classic British sitcom?Well I personally think this really is starting to turn into a mainstream sitcom the general British audience is beginning to actually warm to. It used to become hidden away on BBC3 the good news is it is a top BBC1 show. It's one of those demonstrates as soon as you watch an instalment you instantly become hooked. I discovered it late on myself but having heard others rave regarding it, I watched an instalment and thought it absolutely was brilliant. The characters are extremely likeable and instantly recognisable. You've got Gavin and his awesome family who will be from Essex, England, and you've got Stacey and her family who're from Barry, South Wales, plus Smithy and Nessa naturally who will be their utmost friends, and when both of these clans bond and interact that individuals get real excellent comedy. Although the show is titled Gavin and Stacey, it is the supporting characters of Smithy, Nessa, and my very own favourite character Bryn, who steal the show. The storylines may be slow-paced and make time to develop but the comedy scenes and also the dialogue between each of the characters are fantastic, and therefore are the main main reasons why I like this show much. It's not only a gag fest though. There are really quite emotional and dramatic scenes occasionally, and it's really these believable stories that unwind over several episodes joined with classic comedy moments that produce Gavin And Stacey a totally great sitcom. This isn't your traditional British sitcom. There are no studios or laughter tracks and many in the scenes appear to get filmed on location which only adds to the realism on this show. Overall it will not yet be considered a household favourite but I think it's only a couple of time before it becomes a mainstream hit, particularly even as we have recently heard which a third series is currently being planned.
